Custom Watch Order
If you're looking for something different from the models currently in stock, or you'd like to reserve a watch that is out of stock, or you want a custom Seiko mod with specific features, feel free to contact me directly on WhatsApp to discuss your project:
How it works:
Once we discuss and agree on the design, you will be asked to pay a reservation fee of 200 AED (approx. $55 USD). This amount helps cover the cost of some parts that need to be ordered in advance for your custom build.
About the reservation fee:
It is not a final payment — the 200 AED will be deducted from your final price. In case of cancellation, you can either request the specific parts that were ordered with your reservation, or request a partial or full refund, depending on the situation and the stage of the build.
The goal is to make the process fair and transparent for both of us.
Timeline & Delivery:
Once your reservation is confirmed, the necessary parts are ordered immediately. Most parts arrive within 5 to 9 days (typically around 6–7 days). As soon as everything is received, your custom watch is assembled and shipped the following day. Delivery times are the same as for other products: 48 hours within the UAE, and 5 to 8 business days for international orders.
