At Eric Qays, we specialize in designing and selling high-end custom watches, equipped with NH35 movements from Time Module Inc. (TMI), a subsidiary of Seiko Instruments Inc. (SII). Our creations reflect a true passion for the watchmaking tradition and are meticulously handcrafted from high-quality components.

We are not affiliated with any of the mentioned brands. All components used are spare parts, such as Seiko TMI movements, and are combined with non-OEM or OEM parts to create unique custom watches. The terms “Custom” and “Made to Order” mean that the watch is a tailor-made creation and does not come from the Seiko factory nor is it related to Seiko.

This means that, although the watch includes an authentic TMI movement from Seiko, it has been modified with custom or replacement components. These modifications may involve the case, hands, bezel, or dial. Custom dials may feature original designs or come from secondary markets. Please note that Seiko may refuse to service or repair modified watches without explicit authorization. We guarantee the authenticity of the TMI movement but are not responsible for any delays.
