Warranty Policy

I take pride in creating high-quality watches designed to last. However, I understand that issues may arise. That’s why every watch purchased from Eric Qays is covered by a limited 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

What the warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in the movement: If the movement malfunctions or has an original defect, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

  • Assembly-related issues: Any defect resulting from the manual assembly process will be covered.

What the warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use or negligent handling, such as impacts, drops, or exposure to extreme conditions.

  • Normal wear and tear of external components (case, glass, strap).

  • Repairs or modifications carried out by a third party.

  • Water damage if the watch is not explicitly marked as water-resistant.

I am committed to repairing or replacing defective watches as quickly as possible. However, I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond my control (e.g., availability of parts).
This warranty is strictly limited to the manufacturing or assembly defects mentioned above.
